Once you request an appointment, our team will follow-up to confirm details, answer questions, and help you feel prepared. We will review what you want to achieve, explain what your first visit may include, and let you know what to bring, such as your health history, a list of medications, and your insurance card if applicable.
If you plan to use dental insurance, we can help review your benefits and support direct billing when available. We also accept CDCP (excluding ODSP, Healthy Smiles, and Ontario Works). If you are exploring payment options, we can walk you through Affirm financing and in-house payment plans for Invisalign and dental implants, so you understand next steps with confidence.
